The best part of our week is when we get to open up our factory and serve up our pasta the way we love to eat it: straight off of the production table, into the boiler, onto the plate and into your mouth. An unembellished, unapologetic heat-seeking nostalgia missile straight to the feels.
First come, first served. No reservations. Lunch only. Tuesday to Friday from 12 - 2pm.
